Job summary

Silver Lining Home Healthcare is hiring CNA/HHA caregivers to provide in-home care in the Newark, DE area and surrounding communities. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Candidates must hold CNA/HHA certification (or DE CNA program completion) and CPR/First Aid. Lifting, turning and patient transfers are common tasks; Hoyer lift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/HHA certification or DE CNA program completion.
• Open availability and ability to work weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification current.
• Physical strength and ability to lift, position and transfer patients.
• Experience operating a Hoyer lift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to Plan of Care.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
