Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client health status to nursing staff
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed
• Help clients with mobility and exercises to promote physical health
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
