Certified Home Health Aides (HHA's) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Patchogue, Babylon, West Babylon, Bayshore, Lindenhurst and surrounding areas in Suffolk County!

Join Ultimate Care NY and make a difference in clients' lives by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and administering medical treatment under a nurse's supervision. We value independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals we serve.

Locations we are hiring in Suffolk County:

• Patchogue
• Babylon
• West Babylon
• Bayshore
• Lindenhurst
• and surrounding towns and cities

Pay Rates:

• Standard HHA/PCA: $20.00
• Veteran Affairs Cases: $25.00 per hour
• Live-In: $260.00 per shift

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Escort clients to medical appointments
• Document activities and observations

Qualifications:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed formal training program
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, independent, and able to maintain confidentiality
