Ultimate Care is hiring immediately for HHA and PCA positions in the following County locations:

• Merrick
• Valley Stream
• Hempstead
• Floral Park
• Rockville Centre
• Baldwin
• and surrounding towns and cities

Pay Rates:

• Standard HHA/PCA: $20.00/hour
• Veteran Affairs Cases/Private Pay: $22.00/hour
• Live-In: $260.00 per shift

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Escort clients to medical appointments
• Document activities and observations

What we're looking for:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed formal training program
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, independent, and able to maintain confidentiality
