Golden Heart Senior Care seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist clients with personal care and homemaker/companion services in the comfort of their own homes. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and client choice as outlined in the plan of care.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, companionship, hygiene support, memory care, and coordination with families. Strong communication with the care team is essential for quality service.

Qualifications

• Background screening is required.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance with a clean driving record.
• Prior home care experience is a plus.
• Respect for client ethics and confidentiality of care.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping in clients' homes.
• Meal preparation for clients.
• Transportation to appointments and activities.
• Companionship and social interaction.
• Personal hygiene support (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Memory care support as needed.
• Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions.
