Job summary

Hope Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes across the Cleveland area. You will help with daily activities, deliver companionship, and assist with mobility while maintaining safety and dignity.

Experience isn’t required, but a reliable work ethic and a caring attitude are essential. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment to help you start quickly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship to support emotional well-being.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and use of basic lifting equipment as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain client confidentiality.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required- we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• No certification required
