Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure safety and well‑being in a respectful environment.

Prior patient care experience is valued, but a strong attitude and sense of responsibility matter most. The role emphasizes independence and collaboration with a care team, offering flexible schedules and weekly pay.

• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
