Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure safety and comfort.

Experience in patient care is valued, but the right attitude and responsibility are key. The role offers weekly pay, flexibility, and a supportive team to help you start quickly while delivering high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation




• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment




• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior




• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed




• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning




• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
