Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, meal prep, observation of health status, companionship, and light housekeeping. CPR certification is desirable, with a focus on safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions.
• Ability to perform meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus.
• Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following care plans.

• Administer CPR if necessary and assist with catheter care as required by the client’s health plan.
