Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Palm Bay, Florida seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to seniors and disabled individuals. You will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support and companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, and encourage participation in activities.

You will follow care plans set by RNs, maintain safety and infection control, and keep accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Level 2 background screening required by Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
