Job summary

Hope Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support individuals in their homes, promoting independence and safety. The role emphasizes dignity, reliability, and high-quality care; experience is valued but not required, with a strong sense of responsibility.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, aid mobility with equipment, and perform light housekeeping, while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and documenting observations for the care team.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required.
