Job summary

Right at Home North Dallas is urgently hiring compassionate Home Health Aides/Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care, helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable.

We match caregivers to clients based on skills and comfort level; benefits include weekly pay, 24/7 support, flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits after 90 days. Shifts after orientation are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or in-home care).
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Treat seniors with dignity and respect.

• Shifts typically assigned at orientation
