Job summary

Hope Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes. You’ll help with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and monitor well-being with a strong sense of responsibility.

No prior certification is required; training is provided. You can expect weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive team focused on independence and safety for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• No certification required
