SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Bowie, MD is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our nationwide network to provide in-home, non-medical support in clients' homes.

You will perform companionship, personal care, and reliable home care for clients with diverse needs, while upholding dignity and respect in every visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and attend to non-medical needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Ensure reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.
