Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our nationwide network. Provide non-medical care, companionship, and social engagement to clients in their own homes, with a focus on reliability and warm, respectful service.

We offer competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, flexible schedules, and employee recognition programs to reward dedication and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
