EmmUcare Home Health seeks dependable caregivers to help clients stay comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes in Hartleton, PA. You will assist with daily routines and provide companionship, with training and support from the office team.

Starting pay ranges from $11 to $13 per hour, and biweekly pay is offered. The role emphasizes flexibility, advancement opportunities, and a commitment to care centered around you and your clients.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and respect for client privacy and preferences.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and office.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and timekeeping via smartphone.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using EVV system.

Pay, Scheduling, And Benefits

• Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
