Job summary

A Place at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our care team and support clients in their homes under RN supervision. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain client comfort and safety according to individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, meal planning, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and documenting changes for nurses while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-approved Home Health Aide certification course.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Compassionate and empathetic with a strong desire to improve the lives of others.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of patience and understanding.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and physical movement as necessary.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
