Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide routine, personalized care for Home Health, Hospice and Residential Hospice patients in New Ulm. You will work with an experienced team, receive comprehensive training, and enjoy a real work-life balance with flexible schedules.

The role requires CNA certification, up to 2 years of prior experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel is required, mileage reimbursed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and meet required functional competencies.
• 0–2 years as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; 2–5 years as Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent care including bathing, skin care and feeding assistance.
• Assist with bowel programs, ROM exercises and basic household activities.
• Document patient visits and care provided; report changes to supervisor.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to supervising clinician and participate in staff meetings.
