Iowa Home Care in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide / CNA to provide compassionate personal care and support daily routines in clients' homes. You’ll work under the direction of skilled nursing staff to help clients live safely and independently, with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact.

• CNA certification in good standing preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility support
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with toileting, catheter care, and G-tube care
• Help with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming
• Follow infection control and safety protocols using appropriate PPE
• Communicate any changes in condition to the RN and care team
• Offer emotional support and a compassionate presence during every visit
