Iowa Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides/CNAs to provide compassionate personal care in clients' homes. Join a team that supports independence, safety, and comfort for patients in their own living spaces.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. You’ll work under the direction of skilled nursing staff, perform vital signs, daily living activities, and essential medical support with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility support.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with toileting, catheter care, and G-tube care.
• Help with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols using appropriate PPE.
• Communicate any changes in condition to the RN and care team.
• Offer emotional support and a compassionate presence during every visit.
