Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.74/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Overview

• Eligible for a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus with a two-year work commitment - external candidates

Position Summary

The Home Care Aide is under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist and in accordance with a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in various settings. The aide travels to patient homes and provides in-home care to assigned patients daily. The care provided must be age-appropriate, and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patients are to be met.

This position will not start until 2025.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School/GED education
• CNACertified Nurses Assistant license
• Valid Driver's License in current status
• Provides own transportation and auto insurance
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy Experience
