Job summary

Spokane Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group family, seeks compassionate Home Health Aides and CNAs to deliver in‑home personal care and health services across Spokane. You will assist with daily living activities and report client observations to the agency, driving to homes and ensuring safety.

Must have a WA DOH certification or be able to obtain it; CPR is preferred or to be completed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be certified by the Washington Department of Health.
• CPR certification preferred or within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health services.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the supervisor.
• Drive safely to client homes as needed and support home tasks.
• Maintain patient well‑being and safety in diverse home settings.

As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.

Primary Responsibilities

• May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
• Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required
• Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $23.50 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
