Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring, bathing, and mobility
• Perform household chores like changing linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal prep
• Maintain care records and report observations
• Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading
• Provide medication reminders
• Engage patients in exercises or activities

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program OR able to pass the Florida Home Health Aide competency test
• High School Diploma or GED
• Over five years of senior caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association, in-person validation)
• Ability to pass AHCA background screening
