Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans under the nurse's guidance.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
