Stand Out Home Care, based in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality in-home care and support for clients. You will follow the nurse’s care plan, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship in a respectful, professional environment.

Qualificações

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.

• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
