Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Phoenix. This role offers flexible scheduling to fit your life, with 1:1 client care and opportunities to expand your skills through online training and CEUs.

We provide tuition discounts through Rasmussen University, sick pay, and time-and-a-half pay for worked holidays. If you are compassionate and enjoy helping others, you’ll thrive in our patient-centered home care team.

Competenze

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six (6) months of healthcare experience, preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination card.
• Valid AZ driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy like puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

As a Home Health Aide, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home

A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:

• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
