Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an Overnight Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, in-home care in Armada, Michigan. The role offers consistent overnight hours on a part-time schedule, with meaningful opportunities to support a person’s comfort, dignity, and safety through the night.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality care. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required.
• Experience in patient care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Must work overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Help with safe mobility and transfers, if required.
• Monitor comfort and safety throughout the shift.
• Assist with toileting and other nighttime needs.
• Report changes in condition or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care and assistance to an individual in a home setting in Armada, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, reliable, and committed to providing quality care while maintaining the individual's comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
