Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an Overnight Home Health Aide (HHA) in Armada, Michigan, for a part-time overnight schedule from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting with a focus on safety and comfort throughout the night.

The caregiver will offer overnight supervision, assist with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks, and report any changes in condition. Reliable transportation and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Help with safe mobility and transfers when required.
• Monitor comfort and safety during the shift.
• Assist with nighttime needs and toileting.
• Report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care and assistance to an individual in a home setting in Armada, Michigan. We are offering consistent overnight hours on a part-time schedule with an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, reliable, and committed to providing quality care while maintaining the individual's comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Help with safe mobility and transfers, if required.
• Monitor the individual's comfort and safety throughout the shift.
• Assist with toileting and other nighttime needs.
• Report any changes in condition or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Experience in patient care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
• Must be able to work overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks
