Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home care, assisting clients with daily activities and promoting independence.

You will monitor vital signs, offer companionship, and support mobility and transfers, while working closely with a caring team dedicated to respect, dignity, and high-quality caregiving in a Christian community.

Flexibility in scheduling and a satisfying role helping others are central to this position.
