As a Home Health Aide, you\'ll provide high-quality care following the Plan of Care, ensuring patients\' safety, well-being, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks
• Performing basic health care services, such as checking vital signs and administering prescription medications
• Helping with general light housekeeping
• Driving/escorting clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safe and timely transport

Requirements
