Location: Big Island; Company: HiHealthCare; Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Take vital signs and observe/report changes in condition
• Reposition, transfer, and assist bedridden patients
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments
• Use medical equipment appropriately
• Accurately document care and communicate with the healthcare team
• Provide support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1-3 months
• Must have completed a Nurse Aide course
• Knowledge of medical equipment and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel

Physical Requirements

• Able to work at least 1 shift per week
• Stand/bend up to 6 hours per day
• Lift/transfer 50–75 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
