Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health in Williamsport is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence under care plans.

Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour with biweekly pay and a flexible schedule. No prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using the electronic visit verification system.
