Job summary

Homecare with Heart in Youngstown, OH is hiring Personal Care Aides to deliver one-on-one in-home care. We offer competitive pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervised RN experience, CPR/First Aid certification (we provide), a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance, and the ability to pass a background check. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as directed.
• Support mobility and safety; observe and report changes in health status.
• Document care provided and communicate with supervising RN and family.
