Job summary

Homecare with Heart is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for a growing client base. The role offers industry-leading pay and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You will work part-time with evenings and every other weekend.

Requirements include at least 1 year of RN-supervised experience, CPR/First Aid certification (we can provide), a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance, and a background check. State testing not required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-year experience under RN supervision.
• CPR/First Aid certification is provided if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Excellent references and consent to a background check.
• State testing not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Ensure client safety and quality of care in the home.
• Follow care plans and report changes to RN.
• Adhere to company policies and privacy requirements.
