Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist patients with personal care, mobility, meals and vital signs in their homes. You will follow care plans, use safe transfer techniques, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
The role emphasizes confidentiality, infection control, and collaboration with the care team. Minimum qualifications include approved basic training, BLS certification, and at least one year of CHHA experience.

Home Health Aides are evaluated for competency in all areas of required CHHA training prior to delivering care to patient. The CHHA will only be allowed to provide care in areas that they have documented proof of competency. Maintain strict adherence to the Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home Confidentiality policy. Incorporate Beth Israel Lahey Hospital and Medical Center Standards of Behavior and Guiding Principles into daily activities Comply with all Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home Policies. Comply with behavioral expectations of the Home Care Division. Maintain courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients. Demonstrate an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment. Demonstrate a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards. Participate in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities when needed. Participate in and successfully completes Mandatory Education. Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $28.26
