ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale in Tecumseh, MI is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our in-home care team. You will support clients with daily living activities and promote independence and dignity.

You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, monitor health, and accompany clients to appointments. We value reliability, empathy, and the ability to work independently within a supportive, family‑oriented culture.

Formación

• Experience as a Home Health Aide, caregiver, CNA or related caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care.
