ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our Hillsdale, MI team. You will provide personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity, supporting clients to live their best lives at home.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or related caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care.
