APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is hiring a Home Health Aide to join our remote team serving clients in Conyers, GA. The role involves delivering personalized in-home care and support, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and patient comfort.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, provide reminders for medications and therapy, prepare meals, and offer companionship in a flexible, home-based setting. Previous healthcare experience is valued, and CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home health, personal care, or related healthcare setting.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanor.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising clinical staff.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
