Brookdale Senior Living is hiring Home Health Aides to provide hands-on, compassionate in-home care. You will assist seniors with daily activities, offer companionship, and help with transportation and light housekeeping in a respectful, client-centered environment.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with same-day interviews. Brookdale emphasizes growth, benefits, and a supportive team within community settings.

Formación

• State certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent per state law.
• Evidence of training in personal care and safety for seniors.
• Ability to perform daily living activities with respect and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one companionship and non-medical daily assistance.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming and transfers as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to support living areas.
• Care for pets where applicable and assist with errands and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders and coordinate with supervisors.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Our home care aides provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• You will nurture in a home-like setting (the community or the client's home) and assist our seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs. You will also help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Certifications, Licenses, and other special requirements in accordance with state law, must possess current state certification or state specific required training and provide proof of required training.
