Job summary

Brookdale is seeking Home Health Aide care professionals to provide one-on-one companionship and non-medical personal care in seniors' homes or community settings. Roles include dressing, bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

Caregivers will also handle housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders while upholding Brookdale's commitment to respect, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our home care aides provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• You will nurture in a home-like setting (the community or the client's home) and assist our seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs. You will also help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Certifications, Licenses, and other special requirements in accordance with state law, must possess current state certification or state specific required training and provide proof of required training.
