ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team serving Tecumseh, MI. You will provide in-home personal care that promotes independence and dignity, working closely with clients to support daily living activities in their homes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care
