Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our network and deliver compassionate, life-energizing care in clients' homes across Summerville, SC and surrounding areas. You will be appreciated, recognized, and rewarded for the heartfelt care you provide on their terms.

We offer competitive pay up to $17–$25 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, flexible schedules, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
