Job summary

Mozaic Senior Life is seeking Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) professionals for in-home care across Stamford, CT. Join our Home Care team to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We welcome CNAs/HHAs with a passion for caregiving and flexibility—full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available to support client needs and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare or caregiving experience preferred.
• Home Health Aide (HHA): Employed as a nurse's aide within the past 24 months OR Willing to pass an agency-approved competency test
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Active Connecticut Nurse Aide Registration required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Safely lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Document care activities accurately and on time.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, the CNA/HHA provides hands-on care to adult clients in their homes. This role focuses on personal care, safety, dignity, and comfort - while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Safely lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Document care activities accurately and on time
• Work flexible hours to support client needs (great for per-diem caregivers!)

What We're Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• 1+ year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred

Certification

• Home Health Aide (HHA): Employed as a nurse's aide within the past 24 months OR Willing to pass an agency-approved competency test
