Job summary

Mozaic Senior Life in Connecticut is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our Home Care team, delivering one-on-one care in clients' homes to help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Under the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, you will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and accurate documentation while upholding dignity and regulatory standards. Flexible, per-diem scheduling and a supportive clinical team round out this meaningful full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred.
• Home Health Aide (HHA): pass agency competency test or employed as nurse’s aide in past 24 months OR willingness to pass.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Active Connecticut Nurse Aide Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, one-on-one care to adult clients in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Safely lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Document care activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain regulatory standards in all care activities.

Job Summary

Under thedirection of the Client Services Supervisor, the CNA/HHA provides hands-on care to adult clients in their homes. This role focuses on personal care, safety, dignity, and comfort - while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• 1+ year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred

Certification

• Home Health Aide (HHA):Employed as a nurse’s aide within the past 24 months ORWilling to pass an agency-approved competency test
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):Active Connecticut Nurse Aide Registration required
