Simple Staffing Inc. is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, client-centered personal care in clients' homes in Massachusetts. You will work under supervision and scheduling coordination to support comfort, safety, and independence.

The role includes ADL assistance, medication reminders, vital signs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Candidates should have MA HHA/CNA certification, CPR, and good interpersonal skills; travel

• Current Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant license in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification (current and valid).
• One year of experience in a home care setting preferred.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Prime Home Health and Companion Care *

Position Summary:

The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, client-centered personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes. Working under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and the direction of the Scheduling Coordinator, the HHA/CNA helps maintain the client’s comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence.
Salary: from $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and feeding.
• Provide assistance with prescribed exercises and mobility (as trained and permitted by regulation).
• Provide medication reminders as directed by nursing supervisor.
• Take and record vital signs, observe and report changes in client condition to the Nursing Supervisor as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to support a safe and clean home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
  

Documentation & Communication:

• Accurately document care provided and report changes in condition or concerns promptly.
• Use GPS/EVV app and company software for clocking in and out of shifts.
• Communicate regularly with the Scheduling Coordinator regarding assignments, availability, and scheduling needs.
• Follow the individualized care plan as directed by nursing staff.
  

Compliance & Conduct:

• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable state regulations.
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend required training sessions and in-service education.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the agency's code of conduct.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move client weight up to 250 pounds; lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

• Flexible schedule; may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on client needs and agency requirements.
