Job summary

St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System in Savannah, GA is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, and light housekeeping in their homes under the supervision of the Staffing Coordinator.

Preferred candidates should have a High School Diploma (preferred), about 1 year of experience, and be able to complete a 3-month orientation; Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

• Collaborates with all personnel through patient team conference to identify, clarify and respond to the needs of the patient.
• Provides care as indicated on the Aide Assignment Sheet.
• Maintains reliable transportation and ability to travel as required.
