Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide in-home care across San Diego County. This field-based role requires travel between patient homes and emphasizes compassionate, professional care delivered in patients’ residences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification

• Current auto insurance with YOUR NAME listed on the policy

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience inhome health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

This is afield-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.
