Affirmed Home Care is looking for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Rochelle Park, NJ. In this per diem role, you will assist clients with personal care, provide companionship, and support their overall health in their homes. Qualifications

• Must have an active NJ CHHA Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Valid physical exam required within 1 year.
• Must have a valid PPD or QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray within the last 5 years.
• MMR immunization is required within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care like bathing and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals for clients.
• Monitor and document any changes in the client's health condition.
• Support client overall health and comfort in their home.

• Type: Per Diem
• Shifts: Daytime, Evening, Overnight & Weekends
• Pay: Starting at $19/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals
• Monitor and document any changes in client condition
• Support overall health and comfort in a home setting

What You’ll Need:

• Active NJ CHHA Certificate
• 1+ year of HHA experience
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
