Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation to appointments while enabling clients to live safely at home.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care for others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and own vehicle.
• Willing to work every other weekend.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Compassionate, friendly and patient-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meals and snacks.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands.

What you will be doing as a Home Health Aide:

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; preparing and serving meals/snacks.
• Running errands and bringing clients to medical appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience providing personal care for others.
• A valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance and your own vehicle are required.
• Must be willing and able to work every other weekend.
• GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
• Exceptional patient service skills along with a caring and compassionate personality.
