Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is currently hiring Home Health Aides in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek to help clients stay at home with personal care and companionship. We value compassionate care and reliability.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, with a focus on maintaining quality of life in the home. We offer flexible hours and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care for others.

What you will be doing as a Home Health Aide:

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; preparing and serving meals/snacks.
• Running errands and bringing clients to medical appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience providing personal care for others.
• A valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and your own vehicle are required.
• Must be willing and able to work every other weekend.
• GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
• Exceptional patient service skills along with a caring and compassionate personality.
